Ladiminas Wood-Finished Cachaça

Ladiminas White Cachaça is infused with French oak chips, allowing the spirit to extract selected compounds from the wood. After the extraction period, the chips are removed and the cachaça is allowed to rest for at least six months. The result is a well-balanced spirit with a velvety palate, sweet notes reminiscent of vanilla, honey, and dried fruits, and a smooth, silky texture.
Its color may vary depending on the extraction time, but it typically develops deep mahogany and reddish wood tones during contact with the oak chips. The intensity of the color varies according to the proportion of wood used.
